The Nike LeBron 4 “Eggplant” is a colorway of LeBron James’s fourth signature shoe with Nike Basketball that draws inspiration from a classic Nike Air Foamposite One style. The shoe we’re referring to is the Air Foamposite One “Eggplant,” which was released in the late 2000s to much fanfare. The Nike LeBron 4 “Eggplant” has a similar look to its predecessor. It features a Varsity Purple Foamposite upper and an adjustable ankle strap. An Eggplant-colored Swoosh appears on the collar, while LeBron’s signature branding can be found on the tongue and front of the ankle strap. Underfoot, a full-length Zoom Air unit is embedded within the midsole. A semi-translucent rubber outsole with deep grooves provides grip on and off the hardwood. Release date: May 8, 2024
